Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Shipping options
Please note that there is no insurance, tracking, or refunds on Economy shipping. Liability will fall on the customer.

Wholesale purchases
Currently there are no returns for wholesale purchases unless shipping damages occur. If this happens, please reach out within 1 week with any concerns! Upon opening any cases/boxes, returns are not possible.
